Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
